The mission of the 商业合同 and 风险管理 Office is to:  (1) provide value-oriented business contracts and risk management services in support of the District's mission; (2) process all business contracts in a professional and timely manner, in accordance with the State of California laws and District policies to enable the District to meet its goals and objectives without serious risk of liability; and (3) provide timely and professional handling of all aspects of the risk identification and management function to protect the District’s human, 金融和实物资产 and resources from the adverse consequences of losses.

Administers the District’s insurance and self-insurance programs, 包括:房地产, 一般责任, automobile liability and workers’ compensation, 学生和运动员事故, 美术, 犯罪, 以及其他要求的保险. Coordinates the issuance of District’s certificates of insurance. Serves as the District’s liaison to the insurance carrier.
